The last week #HomeSweetHome is coming to an end and today it’s time for the fourth and last group to enter the server. The four time champions Complexity Gaming are back to defend their title, but first they need to get through AGF Esport, Hard Legion Esports and Wisła Kraków. The four will fight it out for the two spot to the playoffs and a chance at the total of $40,000 that gets awarded weekly. With one previous showing in #HomeSweetHome AGF are from experienced and even if they got knocked out in the groupstage, the Danes won against Nordavind and pressured both Team Secret and Hard Legion until the end. As such they already surprised a lot of people and once more it might just come down to AGF and Hard Legion to battle it out for a playoff spot. Frøslev was the main highlight of the team that time around and the team will need those kind of heroics once again if AGF is going to have a shot at improving their track record. Unfortunately for the team they will have to face the four time champions Complexity in their opening game, but maybe they can prolong the ridiculous streak Complexity has of losing openers. As much as we want to believe in this interesting underdog we can’t place them above Complexity or Hard Legion, as the skill gap just should be too big and this group draw is unfortunate to say the least. There is not much left to be said about Complexity that hasn’t been said already. The team has participated in #HomeSweetHome four times and they have won every single one. It’s an accomplishment that needs no explanation and the team has been completely dominant, aside from somehow losing their opening game all four times. We have been throwing praise over k0nfig and blameF through their whole journey in the tournament as they have been lighting up the scoreboard, especially in the playoffs. The Danish duo is however far from the only threat in Complexity and we especially want to highlight poizon, who has been outstanding during the past two weeks in his role as the teams AWPer. With all that said there is no doubt Complexity enters the last week of #HomeSweetHome as a massive favourite to win it all, but for starters they should crush this group. The bigger question is which streak could come to an end - fifth straight overall win and/or a fifth straight opening game loss? After three straight playoff showings, Hard Legion crashed out of the tournament in last place last week. Even if they had a rather tough group, that result simply is not good enough for Hard Legion and even if their best placing in #HomeSweetHome is a quarterfinal, we believe the team could be ready to achieve bigger feats. The team has performed very well outside of #HomeSweetHome, but for whatever reason it does not want to click when it all comes around. Forester, Krad and rAge has all been showing up for the team lately, but unfortunately the team as a whole is as inconsistent as they come. We hope Hard Legion can finally get it all together this week and looking at the group, a playoff spot is like free candy being offered for them. If they take the opportunity or not is up to them, but anything but a playoff spot would be a massive disappointment. Wisła Kraków replaced ALTERNATE aTTAx to make them the second newcomer in this last week of #HomeSweetHome. The most well known name in the team for most people would be SZPERO, who has been in the team since late last year. Hades, jedgr and fanatyk joined the team a couple of months ago and the team has mostly competed in ESEA MDL since then, with respectable results. However the level of competition goes up when they now enter #HomeSweetHome and a group draw consisting of Complexity and Hard Legion is definitely not a lucky one. The truth is that Wisła Kraków should have no real possibilities to make a playoff run this week and it’s hard for us to find an angle at all for that happening. We have however since massive surprises in #HomeSweetHome before and if they can win their opening best of one game against Hard Legion there could be a chance due to Complexitys history of losing them.
